I’m a therapist, mom, wife, and normal human who just happens to gain joy from seeing other people bloom and empower themselves. I’ve been in the social work field for 14 years, and in private practice for 3, and each year I learn more and more about how to help others live their best lives.

As a person, I’m funny (at least, I think so), relaxed, and open minded. I practice spirituality daily and incorporate many of these concepts into practice. I find inspiration and emotional release through music, movies, reading, being with my people, and being in the mountains (especially with my two dogs!). You will definitely hear me use lyrics from The Avett Brothers, Langhorne Slim, and the great Taylor Swift in session. In all, I’m a normal person who has made normal mistakes and learned a lot of lessons in my journey and I love helping others learn their lessons in life in a pretty awesome environment.
