Pop Culture and Therapy Workshops

As humans, we all relate to pop culture (hence, why it’s popular) and often, these cultural experiences can reflect our own personal lives and have an impact on how we process information. I like to use these things to create a group space to explore why we love that “thing” (ahem, Taylor Swift) and create a stronger image of ourselves to work from. Often, these workshops are in collaboration with other therapists so you can experience different viewpoints through art or music therapy.
